Abstract
In the chapters of this text I describe the achievements, attributes and competencies of the Entity during this fouryear period, its ability to plan, to be proactive, to read the future and adapt from the present, all of which is reflected, 13 so that in future administrations continue with the best practices and grow from what has been built. Also, I deliver a valuable model based on 3 pillars: Cultural Renewal, Digital Transformation and Technological Evolution. This institutional model has had a positive impact at the territorial level, and is synonymous with an agile Entity that evolves rapidly, takes advantage of the multiple opportunities that the Fourth Industrial Revolution brings, and reinvents itself in the face of the demands of new realities. In this book we will be able to visualize and reflect on how we have been working at SENA for a sustainable planet and an interconnected world given our responsibility with the green economy and digital progress. At the same time, our efforts were focused on strengthening technical knowledge, digital skills, and socio-emotional and citizenship competencies such as respect, teamwork, adaptability to change, ethical behaviors, critical thinking and innovative, capacity for expression, permanent attitude of service, discipline, punctuality and joy, among others. Given the importance of these competencies, we have defined that they be a transversal axis to the Entity’s curriculum, not a subject; which means that each area of knowledge must incorporate them
