20 años del SENA en Colombia

Abstract

Se recopila, en primer lugar, la experiencia histórica del SENA, las etapas fundamentales de su desarrollo, los logros y los escollos más sobresalientes, teniendo siempre como telón de fondo, en la medida de lo posible, el devenir de la realidad nacional. Complementa esta visión una segunda parte que aporta un análisis de los aspectos más importantes de la actividad global que realiza el SENA; cada elemento es aislado del conjunto para advertir las peculiaridades de su desarrollo, sus implicaciones, su lógica y las perspectivas del momento presente. La parte tercera destaca algunos puntos de interés que caracterizan el manejo administrativo y financiero; para concluir con una recopilación de la presencia del SENA en el país y fuera de él.

First, the historical experience of SENA, the fundamental stages of its development, the achievements and the most outstanding pitfalls are collected, always taking as a backdrop, as far as possible, the future of national reality.
