Proyecto de investigación del sector de la construcción de edificaciones en Colombia

Abstract

“El presente documento contempla el siguiente contenido. Primero, dentro del entorno económico se establece una caracterización y análisis de importancia del sector de la construcción de edificaciones, sus encadenamientos y consumo intermedio, el empleo, destacando su evolución y las perspectivas y oportunidades de crecimiento para los próximos años. Segundo, dentro del entorno organizacional se analizó el ecosistema de las empresas, sus características funcionales y corporativas, y la evolución de algunas cuentas financieras agregadas. En tercer lugar se consideró el enfoque ambiental como un pilar del desarrollo sectorial, sus tendencias recientes y la reglamentación respectiva. Finalmente, el documento contiene las recomendaciones enmarcadas en la formulación del Plan Integral de Formación Sectorial –PIFS”

This document contemplates the following content. First, within the economic environment, a characterization and analysis of importance of the building construction sector, its linkages and intermediate consumption, employment, highlighting its evolution and perspectives and growth opportunities are established for the next years. Second, the organizational environment analyzed the ecosystem of companies, their functional and corporate characteristics, and the evolution of some aggregate financial accounts. Thirdly, the environmental approach was considered as a pillar of sectoral development, its recent trends and respective regulations. Finally, the document contains the recommendations framed in the formulation of the Integral Plan of Sectorial Training - PIFS.
