Abstract

“El Plan Operativo 2002 del SENA, se enmarca en el Plan indicativo 1999-2002 que contiene los objetivos, estrategias y programas que orientan L a acción de la Entidad y que en cada una de las vigencias se traduce en acciones y proyectos concretos y recursos presupuestales para su financiación. En la primera parte se sintetiza el contexto externo para el cual se proyecta el plan, en la segunda parte del documento aparece un resumen del análisis interno del SENA, en la tercera parte del documento se expresan las orientaciones de política del Gobierno Nacional y los objetivos del plan Indicativo del SENA, en la cuarta parte, se presentan las metas programadas por el SENA para ejecutar en la vigencia 2002 en cada una de las áreas estratégicas de negocios de la entidad, finalmente se incluye el presupuesto y breves comentarios sobre el mismo”
