Convención colectiva de trabajo : SENA - Sintrasena 2003 - 2004

Abstract

“En Bogotá D.C., el veinticinco (25) de marzo de dos mil tres (2003), se reunieron en la Dirección General del SENA el doctor Darío Montoya Mejía, (Director General) quien actúa en nombre y representación del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, SENA, y el señor Ceferino Antonio Guerrero Torres, como Presidente y Representante Legal del Sindicato de Trabajadores Oficiales del SENA. SINTRASENA, acompañados por los doctores Piedad Pérez de Escobar, Sonia Arciniegas Betancourt, Juan Bayona Ferreira, Efrén Flórez Parra, César Manotas Fontalvo y Edward Rivera, asesorados por el señor Gabriel Pérez Puentes, con plenos poderes para la negociación, con el fin de suscribir la presente Convención Colectiva de Trabajo, que se puntualiza en las siguientes cláusulas y que regirá desde el 1o de enero de 2003 hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2004, la cual da solución definitiva, en la etapa de arreglo directo al diferendo laboral surgido entre las partes por la presentación de un nuevo Pliego de Peticiones por conducto del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, Sección de Relaciones Colectivas de la Regional Cundinamarca, el cual fue presentado al SENA el 17 de enero de 2003.”
